Deviation is a progressive/techno club night which started way back in the late 90s as a monthly night by residents Andy and Kelvin in The Haugh Bar, Inverness.

After many successful years Dave was introduced and as the night continued to grow from strength to strength they quickly needed a bigger venue. The Clach Club was chosen and this was where Deviation really made its mark, bringing artists such as Slam and Cagedbaby to Inverness in 2008!

The next few years seen Deviation playing alongside several big names in the Ironworks as well as collaborations with fellow local DJ’s State of Grace and Filth. After several more years playing monthly nights in Bakoo and Cake, family life and work took the driving seat and music was unfortunately put on the back burner for a few years.

It’s now been nearly 20 years since Deviation started and all kids grown up means it’s now time for us to show our faces some more!
