We are pleased to welcome Aron Wright to the Shenanigan lineup as our 2019 DJ Battle winner! Aron went head to head on the decks alongside 7 local local DJs in a battle for a slot at Shenanigan this June and his talent really shined out to us!

Originally from Argyll, Arons love for all things techno properly began whilst staying in Glasgow and studying music performance in Greenock. It wasn’t until about 4 years later that he finally got a few shots at mixing and then last year it immediately became an obsession for him after finally buying his own equipment.

Aron says “I love playing tech house and techno but do sometimes like to experiment with just about anything. I have a sweet spot for dark and obscure techno, my favourite artists being the likes of Randomer, Djedjotronic, Dustin Holtsberry, Cosmic Boys and Maksim Dark”
